Before 1.8, we had Survival.
Simple,
It was fun, all we had to do was Mine and Craft, like the title says.
It has ruined servers as well as singleplayer.
these enchantments have gave cheaters a larger choice of things to do and get....
These 'god weapons' have also ruined servers as well.
Players Sometimes find or steal these 'God Weapons' and dominate Pvps as well as Survival Games....etc.
I believe 1.8 onwards have had its moments, but overall its not as good as it seems.
I would rather have Minecraft before 1.8, before magic, enderman and bosses....

- No Boss Mobs
