I don't know your tnt evoker datapack requirements very well, and i don't know how to make tnt explode creatures, sorry
you can download and extract and then open the file EvokerTNT
and then click on the data folder, and then click the evokertnt file,
select the functions section.
rename the item bomb.mcfunction to bomb.txt and open the file and copy the mobs you like in if you want more mobs, by default I only make 3 mobs
