If you want it to be in an one of your worlds then put it in the datapack file.

download the pack here and drag and drop the folder into either the data pack section of the world creation menu, or drop it into the datapacks folder of an existing world

You have to install OptiFine to install datapacks. You can follow YouTube tutorials if you want

Really? For all the times I've tried without optifine it didn't work for me.
