This pack can be used to make spawner. use https://www.planetminecraft.com/data-pack/craftable-spawn-eggs-4754821/ for making the eggs. now unzip the file and use it by /reload. If you have doubt check out MinecoIII's

you need to change the netherite ingot on the picture to an ancient debris because thats not the right crafting recipe
