Adds crystals which can be mined at diamond level, are a little more common than diamond and can be used to craft useful items such as obsidian, cobble, ender pearls, and even food. 8 crystals with a lava bucket can form a gemstone shard. 4 gemstone shards and 4 diamonds can be used to make a gemstone. Use a gemstone shard on an iron tool or armor piece in a smithing table to make the corresponding gemstone tool or armor piece.
