Labyrinth CTF

Capture the Flag, in a 100x100 Maze

Objective:
Two teams must find there way through a 100x100 maze, steal the enemy team's flag, and bring it back to there base to win. Within the maze there are also three locations where additional tools, potions, spawn eggs, and other useful items can be found to get an advantage over the enemy team.

Features:
  • 4 Classes

  • Team flags respawn when lost

  • Saturation Effect (No food needed)

  • Player Kill Count Scoreboard

  • No friendly fire
Tips:
  • 2-12 Players

  • TNT auto ignite when placed on obsidian floor (Except in team bases)

  • Use the beacons in the center of the map to help you keep track of where you are in the maze

  • Work as a team to get to the enemy base and back

  • Drop the enemy team flag in your team's hopper to win
Classes:

Scout:
Attack- High
Armor- Low
Special- Speed

Tank:
Attack- Low
Armor- High
Setback- Slowness

Psycho:
Attack- Medium
Armor- Medium
Special- TNT & Fire Charges

Alchemist:
Attack- Low
Armor- Low
Special- Fire Aspect & Damage Potions

Chest Areas

Gold Items
  • Golden Apples

  • Regeneration, Poison, Strength, & Speed Splash Potions

  • Eggs

  • Lava Buckets

  • TNT
Quartz Items
  • Zombie, Creeper, Witch, Zombie Pigmen, & Silverfish Spawn Eggs

  • Fire Charges

  • Ender Pearls


This is my first mini-game map I have ever made so any comments, suggestions, and any other type of feedback is appreciated. Also, if there any problems please let me know as soon as possible and I will fix it when I update the map.

Can I make an updated version for 1.8?
What I'll add: Health Pack Spawns, A Monument In The Center (JUST LIKE THE PLUGIN!), Rooms (to make it less clastrophobic) Updated Classes, etc.

I hope i get your feedback.

Didnt have a group of friends around to play it with, but had a nosey around in single player and the map seems very well done. Shame there's no reset button, surely you could easily reset it? Its only the hopper that needs emptying?

I will make it so you can reset it soon, but the one problem is that if someone were to use the psycho class, it would blow up some of the maze and I can't really reset that. I'mgoing to make it though so there are possibly 3 or 5 different arenas that you can teleport to when the game is over. Andthank you for leaving feedback.

Ah right, an idea for resetting the maze is using the new feature added in the latest snapshot "/summon" You could summon a falling sand entity and then give it a tile ID to make it look like stone.
