Christuskirche (Christ Church) Was a church in the Freigerichtviertel area located outside of the Neustadt area in Hanau, Germany.
The building was built 1934 in modern architectural style, and was typical for a church building of its time.
The old building was a simple white hall church with a short tower, and had space for about 270 people, it was designed by architect Carl Cost. It was located at the Akademiestraße.
The Lifespan of the building was not long, a few years later it had been destroyed during the air raids on the civilian city center of Hanau, which included the old town, and the new town and surrounding areas on the 19th. march 1945.
After the war a new building with the same name has been constructed but further eastwards from the old location. The new building is larger and was built in the year 1961.
