Have you ever wanted to have a class in vanilla Minecraft? Maybe you have always wanted to be a mage, or an archer. And yet, classes are yet to be added... Or not! With this clever invention, you can get your very own class! It currently comes in a whopping 1 style, and is customizable via texture packs! Getting down to business, this is made for adventure maps, or as just a kick start for survival. It is important to note I made it for more than one person. if you put one on top of the other, ladders and jumps will connect them. The entryway is down one ladder, and the exit hole will drop you out. However, you might want to put water at the bottom.=) Also, they are one use, so no going back and getting more than one class. Just as a test, I made a basic combat-based map to try it. Feel free to try that.
There are four possible classes for you to get. The Mage, The Tactition, The Warrior, and The Archer. I do not plan on adding more, as they take lots of time and space to make, so I would have to make the whole thing over again just to add one. Now, the one main thing about this, is that it is like those RPG Personality Tests. You are given four simple questions about how you think battle should go, and then it will decide on a class for you, as well as a textbook to help you understand your class better! Note that only people in snapshot 12w17a or higher will get this. Unfortunately, not all people like things like that, so I thought I would be nice and give you the key. Do not read this unless you want to cheat. If you do, the game will be spoiled.
Now, I won't spoil what each class gives you, that will be up to you, but I will tell you this. The items relate to the jobs, and everyone has a sword, no matter how primitive.
