I have made a pvp/pve arena. For those of you who don't know what that means, it is a player vs. player, or player vs. environment (mobs) arena. Mine has a welcome room with three villager stores selling food, armor/swords, and potions, some of which are custom made for this game. Some custom potions are: Fear and Confusion. From there, there are two stone doorways. One is for the contestants, and one is for the spectators. The spectators doorway leads to a flight of wooden stairs ascending to an almost spleef-like viewing area. The contestant doorway leads to two chambers used to initiate the game. When both contestants have entered, the game begins.
The arena itself is a large room with glowstone walls and a stone floor. It is divided in two by a large castle wall. Inside of the wall are two stairways giving access to the top. From there you can rain arrows down on your opponent! Between the wall and the entrances is a pool of water two blocks deep. I just thought this would add a nice new element to the game, and also can be used to spawn skeletons by the spectators. Each of the doors is covered by a small bush. the bushes provide a nice shelter to wait in ambush, or hide from, your opponent.
In my arena, spectators can play as well. The spectators have a board made of obsidian. From here, they can control some parts of the fight. If just one player is playing, or if the spectators want to add another element to the fight, levers can be use to activate manual spawners, and buttons will spawn mobs on all four corners of the map. Also, a lever will allow skeletons to spawn in both pools of water, were they swim up to attack the player. Finally, an "End Game" button finishes of the game and rewards the winner.
Thank you for putting your time into reading this. It means a lot to me. You may use this arena for whatever you wish, as long as you don't claim it as your own. This is my second post, even though the first seems to have been lost, but I really wish for your criticizem if you think a part of it could be changed or is not so good.

Also, the pictures and screenshots can be found right here. I also would like it if that they stayed right there and were not downloaded. However, please enjoy the pictures online. Edit: Do not click the link below. Instead, look above.
