This is a simple building designed as Public Stable at The Evil Whale Minecraft Server.
It has been build in sVanilla Survival Multiplayer.

Floor is coarse dirt and fence gates makes sure nobody can take your horse without opening them or breaking any blocks. There is also pen outside, where stray horses can be placed.
