this was my submission for the voxel box a little while back now.
originally the concept was to have small rickety shack, lodged in a tree as herman toothrot's secret hideout, i deviated from this a fair bit, but the name stuck.

the small house sits atop a gnarled tree that's roots combined with a mysterious crystal beneath the ground, causing the the whole structure to float into the air.

KEY FEATURES
  • large crystal held by roots
  • well adjacent
  • crooked chimneys
  • gnarled old drooping tree
  • secret entrance activated by hidden button
  • one way rope ladder for a swift exit from the building

herman: exactly. now, what has this experience taught you?
