Here is my Tier 2 plot on the Dawn Creative server. It is a Medival town taken over by a steampunk empire. The medieval portion consists of a market, working class housing, poor homes, and a keep. The steampunk portion will be built upon the walls of the inner valley, while it has a portal and docks above the land for ships.
