MODERN BEACHFRONT HOME!!
The Modern Beachfront home is an MCedit schematic at the moment but is part of a larger project. A Community of Beach houses! There will be a world save when it's completed but for now, Enjoy the preview! Texture pack
For the texture pack I would recommend the Pamplemousse pack as without it, some of the elements in the backyard and with the art might look strange. The pack can be found HERE: Pamplemousse Texture Pack And please note, it does not require an HD texture fix to use so it takes almost no time at all to install. I can not recommend getting it enough; it's a great pack and will really increase the aesthetic appeal of the house.
The house itself is quite large and has a front and back yard; It's even suited for survival mode, so use the schematic any way you want!
