This house is a true pioneer of the "Size doesn't matter" mantra, designed for those on a tight budget who still want the modern look.
Features a small kitchen and bedroom/lounge combo, with a small garden surrounding the house.

2x1: Apartment Complex
A standard somewhat "budget" (for the city) apartment complex. Designed to be built quick and easily, you can find these strewn across the city.
The design was quite decisive at first, with many residents nicknaming the design "the wiggle", after a while, many have come to like it.

Truly a statement house, that says "look at me! I live in a tube!" I mean, who doesn't want t olive inside a tube? This surprisingly popular house design features a large spacious garden (perfect for entertaining guests, especially with the bbq gazebo are), large vegetable garden and onsite parking for two cars (with electric hookup points).

The bottom floor features a small hallway with a kitchen and bathroom to the rear. And the main upstairs living space features a spacious balcony bedroom (with study) and massive spacious living quarters with a stunning log fire.
