Sorry for not posting so often, I have been very busy with exams, extracurricular activities etc. But, I have tons of new content that I am willing to post onto my page.
This modern house is part of a map that includes this, a traditonal suburban house and soon to be more houses in the near future. Anyways, this is a modern house that uses snow,spruce, and cracked stone bricks. There are a total of eleven rooms, two floors, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. There is a family room, a lounge, a dining room, a kitchen, an art room, and two computer centers.
Out back, there is a two section pool, a bar built into the wall, gardens surrounding the walls and surrounding the back of the house. There is a man-made pond with a stone brick bridge going overtop of the pond and there is a custom birch tree in the back left corner of the plot.
