This is a building that I made that is part of my city project, New Crafton. I will be uploading a few of the buildings with a world save of just the building and a schematic so if you like the build you can easily move it into your own world.
The building is a condo style residential building with 2 types suites, a small 1 bedroom one and a larger 2 bedroom kind.

Hmm from a quick glance I could agree myself that it could be a copy. But if you look at his then look at mine you will notice they are two different buildings. They have the same look but are indeed very much different.

I think there can be some variations in interiors. Those white part can be some sort of bigger room or penthouse.
