Hello again all!

Summary:

I am introducing my newest project, a 1.25:1 Scale copy of the LZ127 Graf Zeppelin, a huge airship built in the 1920's.  I plan on building several versions using this same airframe, including my own version of a Steampunk airship!

Size:

It is currently 295m (blocks) long and 42m diameter at the largest point!




I will update this project as I build it, so you can all see the building process.  Enjoy.

The basic structure of the ship is pretty much done, though I am not incredibly happy with the Gondola.  (Its a bit big, trying to compensate for Minecraft blockiness.

Already updated with a more impressive photo, the hull entirely finished!

I've seen really cool builds in Minecraft, (who hasn't?) and this is isn't the greatest, but something about it just fascinates me. This is really cool. And accurate.
