Aka The City of Augusta
Designed and built by Stugace and Daruskiy
This is the main city of my server, Romecraft (based off the texture pack by the same name, which I also created). It has been slowly worked on over about a year and 3 months and I have incorporated many of my interpretations of Ancient Roman architecture, in the minecraftian style. Many of these buildings are direct copies of floorplans, 1:1 scale, of actual famous roman structures. Other structures are half-scale, or even 1/4 scale (the Palace would've made me go insane at full scale) and it all blends together fairly well. I even incorporated tons of regular apartment buildings and houses, without the use of copy and paste like some other cities out there. Every building is entirely unique! I also acquired a second builder, who was basically an apprentice of mine and within a few months has surpassed me in both motivation and skill - so, I will be giving Daruskiy credit for a large portion of this build! Thank you, Daruskiy!
Now I have unreleased the city (if that makes sense) since I have begun working on it extensively again! It is recommended that you download my texture pack, otherwise it will look ultra-funky:

The city is incomplete, but I do not see myself working on it anymore. The rest is up to the downloader. It covers a rather huge area, so plan on walking a lot!
