This is a fictional church.
I am posting this small, yet interesting, project, as I am currently working on 3 big projects, so I will not be very active.
However I will quickly talk about the Pisan Romanic, which is a beautiful architectural style that isn't very well known around the world, and is very underrated.
You may all know, the leaning tower of Pisa. Well, said tower is built in Pisan Romanic. In fact, Pisan Romanic is characterised by the presence of many columns and "blind columns" (half columns used just for decorative purposes, as they have no structural purpose) and geometrical patterns using the bicromy of grey (or sometimes the shade of green-grey) and white.
It was first used by late Xth Century and early XIth Century and its use spread across Northern Tuscany, especially in Pisa, Lucca and Pistoia.
