SplatCraft is a fangame based off of the epic third-person shooter, Splatoon!

HELP WANTED
Recruiting one non-profit builder to re-create stages from Splatoon 1 and 2. NOTE: You do not need to do the original stages, that is my business. If you are willing to take this job, notify me in comments below. Also see my "Looking for Jobs?" blog for more info.

Here's what you can expect from this game.

Stages
Currently, six are planned, but more are going to be released in the future. Two new stages (1 new and 1 returning) will be added every major update. At the start, these four are available, and are returning:

Wii U Urchin Underpass
Wii U Walleye Warehouse
Switch The Reef
Switch Inkblot Art Academy

And here are two new ones:

Coral Arena
Three towers stand tall on each side. Dividing those sides is a five-block river that can't be jumped without the help of a squid's swim speed. While sniping from those towers, watch out-- an enemy could come around the side path from their spawn, sneak up, and splat you.

Fugu Fort
This stage has three elevation points, and three blocks of elevated land protrude out of the stage. These blocks are connected with bridges. The first two are in front of the spawn points and are square. The center one is circular and slightly larger. Other than that, there is no cover, so be careful.

Weapons
There are twelve weapons. Two new weapons will be added every major update, and each weapon falls into four categories: Shooters, Chargers, Rollers, and Dualies.

The following info is quoted from Sheldon giving explanations to weapons from Splatoon 1 or Splatoon 2. Some explanations have been slightly modified to match new loadouts.

Splattershot (Shooter)
The Splattershot is the most basic weapon in the game. Mashing right-click allows you to shoot quickly. The Sub Weapon is the Burst Bomb, which explodes upon hitting something. Using Burst-Bomb Rush allows you to spam bombs until the Special Weapon expires. Being a jack-of-all-trades weapon set, this weapon is the real deal for first-timers!

Tentatek Splattershot (Shooter)
The Tentatek Splattershot is a variant of the Splattershot. Stat-wise, it's identical to the normal Splattershot, but its Sub Weapon is now the Suction Bomb, which sticks to any surface. The Special Weapon is the Inkzooka, allowing you to fire max-power shots at your foes! Even though this is a variant of the Splattershot, by no means is it any less of a jack-of-all-trades than the original.

Blaster (Shooter)
The Blaster is a different kind of Shooter in the sense that it fires slow, exploding bullets. You can use the explosion to damage foes hiding behind walls, but if you land a direct hit, then BOOM! A one-hit KO! Combining the bullets with the Disruptor Sub Weapon allows you to slow down your prey and land attacks more easily. Along with the Killer Wail as its special, this set is the best bet for those who want to push forward and take the offensive!

Custom Blaster (Shooter)
The Custom Blaster is a variant of the Blaster. Functionally speaking, there are no changes, but now you can use its Sub Weapon, the Autobomb, and make them chase after runaways! And when the going gets rough, you can get the rough to get going by protecting yourself with the Bubbler, its Special Weapon. Even better, upon getting close to teammates with the Bubbler active, they'll get bubbled too! This set is great for those who prefer to support their team.

Splat Charger (Charger)
The Splat Charger functions by using a bow and holding right-click to charge up ink. Upon releasing right-click, the arrow that is fired inks a path as it flies. A full-power shot's enough to splat a foe in one hit! Throw a Point Sensor to reveal unlucky enemies' locations to everyone. And if you're not satisfied with that, wait until you use the Echolocator, which tracks every enemy alive! This weapon set is great for those who protect their side of the map with their lives.

Firefin Charger (Charger)
The Firefin Charger is a variant of the Splat Charger. While no extra stats are given, the set has been revamped for purposes other than defense. Hiding behind a Splash Wall will let you fire at your opponents while they have to deal with your cover. The Splash Wall can be destroyed though, so be careful. Plus, using the Suction-Bomb Rush can make up for your lack of turfing ability. Great for support players!

Splat Roller (Roller)
The Splat Roller is the pinnacle of turfing ability, as simply holding it while running inks a wide area. But due to its hefty inking ability, it can also drain at your ink supply rather quickly. If you want to go somewhere quickly without using your Roller, use the Curling Bomb, which automatically slides across the floor and inks as it goes. You can even bounce it off the walls. Additionally, using the Splashdown is a great Special Weapon to have in a pinch. If you struggle in Turf Wars, this set's for you!

Krak-On Roller (Roller)
The Krak-On Roller is a variant of the Splat Roller more tailored towards the aggressive player. There's no changes to the Roller's functions, but now you can use Splat Bombs to zone out enemies, and the Kraken to mow down any players in your path! As stated earlier, this is for more aggressive players, as its offensive capability outclasses the Splat Roller by a long shot.

Inkbrush (Roller)
The Inkbrush is an unusual kind of Roller in the way that it's far more mobile than Rollers. Holding it allows you to ink as you run, but holding it gives you a Speed effect. The trade-off is that the path you ink as you run is dramatically thinner than the Splat Roller's. Throwing a Splat Bomb is a great way to throw off enemies, as well as firing an Inkstrike! Those who mainly use the Inkbrush may find themselves inking and fighting without fear.

Inkbrush Nouveau (Roller)
The Inkbrush Nouveau is the Inkbrush's variant. It possesses the same abilities, but with a different setup. Laying Ink Mines is a surefire way to catch unsuspecting enemies off-guard. And to add insult to injury, they even become visible to everyone upon the Ink Mine's detonation! If you're in a tough spot, you can use the Baller to not only protect yourself, but you can also blow it up to destroy foes. The set is mainly focused on support.

Splat Dualies (Dualies)
The Splat Dualies are a kind of unusual weapon. They function identically to the Splattershot, but each right-click fires two paintballs instead of one, effectively doubling the fire rate and ink consumption. Plus, left-clicking while moving in one direction allows you to dodge roll! You can dodge roll twice in a row. If you hold a Fizzy Bomb long enough, you can charge it to explode more than once! And using the Tenta Missiles allow you to fire homing ink missiles at all opponents within a thirty-block radius. Being based off of the Splattershot, it's another great jack-of-all-trades set!

Enperry Dualies (Dualies)
The Enpery Dualies are the Splat Dualies' variant. The stats are exactly the same, but with the new Sub Weapon, being the Torpedo, allows you to put pressure on opponents, even though it lacks the potential to splat them. Furthermore, using the Ultra Stamp allows you to squash anything in your path as you automatically charge forward! With a set like this, there's nothing to fear!

Battle Modes
In SplatCraft, there are six modes you can play. However, there are no new modes. Three modes are returning:

Turf War ~ Ink the most turf to win!
Splat Zones ~ Control the Zones!
Clam Blitz ~ Fill the clam basket!

And here are the three new modes.
Deathmatch ~ Splat the most enemies!
A classic mode from other shooters. As the description implies, splat the most enemies to win. One splat is one point.

Balloon Battle ~ Pop the balloons!
Balloons spawn around the stage. Shoot them to pop them, and your team will earn one point. If you or an ally dies, you lose half of your points, but points lost will never exceed three. At the 1 minute mark, point gain is doubled! Score 100 points to win by KO!

Flag Rush ~ Steal the flag!
The flag spawns in the center of the stage. Touch it to pick it up, and your timer will tick down. Reduce your timer to 0:00 to win by KO!

Gear
This map features a resource pack. This only affects the armor textures to make them look like real gear from Splatoon! 12 gear pieces exist, each gear type having 4 gear. You can find and change your gear at the Freshalists' Zone. Each piece of gear has its own unique perk.

The 12 gear pieces can be divided into four sets, and you can mix and match to your liking. Feel free to change your look!

Quarter Battle
In SplatCraft, there is a new battle type: Quarter Battle! In Quarter Battle, instead of 2 teams of 4, there are 4 teams of 2. Three stages will be available from the start, and a new Quarter Battle stage will be added every major update.

Splat Field
When you leave the spawn point, you'll immediately reach a three-way fork in the road. Continue forward to hit another three-way fork that's merged with the center. Continue forward still and you'll reach the center, which consists of four cover points on the corners and a tower in the middle. The side routes on either fork will lead into enemy territory. Don't fall, though-- there's instant-killing water at the sides.

Ink Towers
Unlike Splat Field, there is no water. The stage is split into quarters, and each quarter has two towers. A bigger and taller tower is in the dead middle, which can be accessed by slipping into a grate. The enemy quarters are also available by slipping into grates.

Splash Plaza
This stage is FLOODED with water, so be very careful. The stage is basically a series of islands, all connected with narrow bridges. The center is the only low-elevation point that doesn't have any water.

Salmon Run
Salmon Run is back and better than ever. Some new features have been added. First, let's start with stages. The new stage has been added, as well. One stage is added every update.

Switch Spawning Grounds
Switch Ruins of Ark Polaris

Abridged Isle
This stage is a series of islands all connected with bridges. The four islands on the corners are circular and normal-sized. The island in the center is square, large, and has two elevation points, the higher one holding the egg basket. On low tide, a patch of land is revealed, also connected by bridges.

However, co-op isn't the only way to play Salmon Run anymore. Now you can play competitively-- introducing Crew Battle! Crew Battle is a Salmon Run mode where 2 teams of 2 face off to get the most Golden Eggs in 5 minutes. If your crew gets wiped, then you will spend two Golden Eggs to revive both members. One stage is available, but a new stage will be added every update.

Salma Base
Both teams get their own patch of land, which is shaped like a salmon. These islands are connected by bridges, and has a water trench. On low tide, the water trench dries up, and allows the players to ink the walls and swim up them if they get stuck. There's also a ramp to the left and a tower on the same side.

Two modes fans are also screaming for make their debut in SplatCraft. Introducing Endless and Hardcore! In Endless, you fight wave after wave to see how many Golden Eggs you can get. And in Hardcore, reviving is disabled. You can apply both at the same time for a chaotic game of Salmon Run.

Gear Abilities
Abilities also return. All abilities from Splatoon 2 return. In the spoiler is a list of the abilities and what they do. Up to three abilities can be equipped at once. You can equip them at Cafe Cardamari.
