I am back! This new thing I made makes tons of lightning bolts! There are two ways to turn it on, a trapwire and a button. I made this in snapshop 14w31a so I would use that snapshot just so you know it works. The world save is summon lightning, it might also be called summon lightning and cool stuff. And, something awesome about this is that it is reusable!
