As this contest caught me completely off guard in the middle of the holidays, I wasn't able to finish this build, but I'm posting what I have done so far anyway.

Long ago in ancient Egypt, there lived the great Pharaoh Queen Nefertiti. The day she died was a tragedy to all who's lives she had touched. Her loyal subjects wanted to honor her life and lavishly prepare her for the After-Life, but all feared the greedy who might find her sacred tomb and pillage and defile her final resting place. They called upon the gods, who instructed them to build a portal to a place far from their own plane of existence, to build a tomb for their queen. This solution came at a price however. Any who crossed to the other side could not return, and would forever be a protector of Nefertiti's Tomb...
