Downtown - The "Central" part of Ultra City. It is home to many different smaller "borroughs" including the Theatre District, Chinatown, Southpoint (The shopping District) and West Side Harbour. Many people of all kinds come here to Shop, watch major sporting events, see amazing theatrical productions, or try foreign cuisine from all over the world.

Capitol - The major Governmental area of UC. It is home to the City Hall and the Court House.

Bayside - Like Downtown it is a major Tourist attractor. Bayside has many shopping areas including the Bayside Mall. The main Attraction of this district is its vast stretch of beach on the West Side. People from all over come to swim in the ocean and relax on the warm sand. It is also home to many resorts, hotels, and condos.

Seaveiw - An island directly off the coast of Bayside, this district is home to the Rich and Famous. It is a Residential district filled with large mansions.

Little Tokyo - This island district is, well the name explains it Perfectly. It is a tiny piece of Japanese culture right off the coast of California! Tourists come to eat traditional Japanese Cuisine and get a feel of the culture.

Raleigh - This District is a Residential district that houses mostly the middle class residents. 

Uptown - A Small Shopping District.

Powertown - Powertown is the City's major Power Source. It is home to many Solar Panel Parks and Wind Turbines. It also houses the Hydro Electric Dam which is the City's main power source. If the water in the river dries up, the City turns to the Solar arrays and Wind Turbines for Help. 

North Pointe- North Pointe is home to a high population of the snooty rich people. It also is home to the UC Golf Club's Head Quarters. The UC Golf Club is located East of Uptown.

Universityville - UCSU is the Number one college in Northern California. It's pristine and Historic Buildings really show off the Nature of the School. Residents of the nearby residential districts and the on campus housing wake up every morning to the familiar sound of the glorious school song, and go to bed to the sound of THE WILD PARTIES BEING HELD IN THE RESIDENCIES OF THE CAMPUS! Students here are able to study and profess in a wide variety of majors including; Medical, Nursing, Business, Law, Science, Education, and STRIP BEER PONG! The calm, quiet campus is an amazing place for you or your college goer to study and hang out with friends, and the night time is amazing time for you or your college goer TO ATTEND THE BEST PARTIES IN THE CITY AND GET TOTALLY SMASHED! So please, choose Ultra City State University for the best education and the best college experience.

Midtown - A district much like Downtown and Bayside, except it is smaller and more collect. It is home to the Ultra City Gated Community. 

Scottsburg - One of the best Residential districts in UC. The main characters of my series Come from this little part of UC and all attended Scottsburg Elementary and Middle School and Ultra City High, which reside here.

Santo-Verde - Its west side is Dominated by a shopping District comparable to Rodeo Drive and its east side is dominated by an area of mixed buildings including residential buildings and commercial buildings. It has the highest Hispanic population in UC.

Easton - a relatively low end Commercial District

Industrial Park - Factories, many factories, and low class residents. Relatively High Crime rate. Ultra City's Water Treatment Plant and Sewage Treatment Plants are Just to the north of it (In case you were wondering how they get clean water.)

River Dale - A middle Class residential District.

Stateston - Middle Class district. Good shopping relatively good residentials. VERY GOOD CASINOS AND CLUBS! This district houses places where people can waste their hard-earned mone on games that completely rip you off and strippers that won't let you touch them no matter how much you beg and plead(dear people who might think thats a bit vulgar, and sexist, truly sorry, just trying to be comedic.) Come to Stateston, where you can have a gay ol' time.

Boardwalk City - I'll sum it up for you. IT'S ONE GIANT AMUSMENT PARK ON A BOARDWALK.

Eagle Shore- The historic district of Eagle Shore was once an independent town. It was the one of the first American Settlements in the area that became California and, Today, still contains some of the original Houses, Shops, and other buildings including the First Rail Station in that area. Today it is merely a district of Ultra City but many Tourists come to visit the historic town and attend Rivershore's reenactment of the Battle of the Eagle Wing River.

Freedom Island - This Landmark is significant to Ultra City alone. It represents the Freedom and the Peace Treaty between the Two Sides that fought in the Battle of Eagle Wing. It is home to the Freedom Statue and the Founders Bell.

La Ciudad Del Muerte - Historic Ghost Town/ Mining town. Very Haunted. 

Jaymont - Its a Nuclear power plant that used to power the city all of the time, but currently is there for backup, for if the Water in the river dries up, and the Sun gets covered up entirely, and the wind stops blowing. It is a rare occurence but people still work round the clock there making sure it doesnt blow up. 

The UC High Level Security Prison - one of the toughest, most secure prisons in the US. It houses the biggest baddest Criminals. and has the most prominent separation of the Prison Heirarchy. (Most of the Domestic Assaulters, Rapists and Child Molesters, do not make it out Alive.)

The Ultra City International Airport - Well, its an Airport.

Fort Blanco - Fort Blanco is a major Army Base and houses a grand armada of tanks, jets, and other earthly vehicles. Nothing else, no UFOs if thats what you were thinking, nope, none at all. We are just a simple army base. We are totally not hiding anything. ;D

The Ultra City Golf Club - Its a beatiful Golf Club with gorgeous greens and..... I am already bored talking about it....

Ultra City was originally founded in 1790 when the Spanish claimed the area on the Eagle Wing River in what is now Downtown and called it Santa Esperanza. When they discovered "Gold" deposits in the river more Spanish settlers came and began building a town there. They extracted the "gold" on their side of the river and stored them away. THey didn't want to expand the town any further than it was as they figured it wouldn't be beneficial to do so. So there they lived, collecting new "Gold" deposits when they found them. Later, around 1844, the colonists from the East came over to explore and settle the west. When they Came upon the Eagle Wing River, they found "Gold" deposits along it's shores. Thinking they'd struck rich, they immediately called over more colonists to Build a town there Called Eagle Shore. They wanted more, and actually wanted to expand, so two men, Barnabas Croutch and Samuel Colt crossed the river to see what was on the other side. The two were immediately captured by the Spanish and that sparked the Battle of Eagle Wing. The Battle Lasted for two Months, until a man from the Colonies named Franklin Cross, a simple banker, showed up and discovered that the Gold the two sides had found was not Gold at all. The Two sides immediately waged a peace treaty and The Founder's Bell was forged out of the Not Gold and Placed on an island between the two settlements. They called this Island Freedom Island marking their Freedom from the deadly battle. 

In the years to come the Settlers built three Other settlements which later became cities, Santo Verde, River Edge(Riverdale), and Minería (La Ciudad del Muerte). On November 30th of 1880, a Man by the name of Carson Ultra visited the land in hopes to build a large city reminiscent of Cities like San Diego and New York. Ultra was a renowned inventor and a millionaire by inheritence. He bought Santa Esperanza from the mayor and in return, made him the new Mayor of Ultra City. In 1888, He went to the mayors of Santo-Verde and River Edge and tried to by the land. They Refused. Ultra decided to let it go and began building around them. When the residents of the towns began witnessing this great task that Ultra was undertaking, they decided to move into his City as it had better living and a chance to start over. In 1890 the Mayors gave up their lands to Ultra. The Residents of Eagle Shore still refused to give up their land. By 1895, Ultra City had grown to cover the entire island that Santo Verde had sat on and area around Eagle Shore, it also spread north from what was Santa Esperanza. In 1904, Eagle Shore was given no choice and was forced by the US Government to give up the land. 1906: Ultra City was split into the Districts of Bayside, Downtown, Santo-Verde, Scottsburg, Northpointe, Eagle Shore, Stateston, and Riverdale. In 1908, Carson died of a major heart attack and his son, Lawrence Ultra(born: 1883), took over. Lawrence immediately wanted to expand more. In 1920 Lawrence finished building Carsonburg, a district on the west side of Eagle Shore. The district was dedicated to his father. By 1925, Lawrence had already began building into the areas above and to the East of Northpointe. He also began building an area where the rich and famous could live, on an Island off of Bayside. By this time the City had developed Seaview, Midtown, Universityville, Raleigh, Uptown, Easton, and Industrial Park. Lawrence wanted to be more than just a founder, when he tried out for mayor (two years in a row) he was never elected. In a drunken rage he had the Mayor Murdered and was then elected Mayor by default. In 1930 he Decided Ultra City needed a new center for their city "government." Lawrence moved the City Hall to an area he tore down, developed and named "Capitol." He built a central courthouse there as well. 1935, The main land areas of Ultra City are complete. In 1945, Lawrence was thrown in jail on an account of murder in the first degree after a more thourogh investigation of the Murder of the Mayor in 1927 led the police to discover what actually happened.

1958: Jaymont is Developed
1960: Carson is burned to the ground by a wildfire, and the city decides to rebuild it as a tourist spot and eventually develope a Boardwalk amusment park and call it Boardwalk City
1970: Lawrence is set free
1977: Lawrence dies of lung cancer
1985: Little Tokyo is developed.
2014: Ultra City has developed so much it looks like what it looks like in the pictures of what i am building.
