UNSC PALOMARES
The UNSC Palomares (C156), commaned by Captain Krystiana Aquila from 2547 until its destruction in late 2552. The Palomares assisted in the evacuation of civilians from Reach in August of 2552. The ship received heavy damage early in the defense of earth and was forced to retreat to the orbit of Mars for emergency repairs. Though not back to full combat effectiveness the ship helped to deploy troops to the surface of the Ark during the battle of Installation 00. During the battle the ship was hit by a covenant plasma torpedo that damaged its slipspace drive. With the slipspace drive offline and with no feasible way to repair it the crew was forced to abandon ship. The Palomares was assumed destroyed after the activation of a incomplete Halo Array over the Ark on December 11, 2552.

Absolutely love the build, started building it on a survival server I play with some modifications (will still credit build to you!)
I was wondering if this was a canon design or a custom design? I can't seem to find anything online, even looking at mods like Sins of the Prophets - would love to see some pictures of the 'real' thing (if it is real, if not it's still an awesome design!!)
btw. is this your own idea, or it's based off of some movie or something?
