Build cancelled, i moved from minecraft to starmade and i am therefore not continuing this build, i will however upload the most recent minecraft build available which should be around 1.5.1... which is old... but the most recent version of the ship. and hell of a lot better then the crappy bucket of holes that was up for download before...
it also comes with models for the fighter, bomber, troop transport, frigate, the 40k cruiser and miscellaneous other.
beware, it is however a big old .schematic

old motivation

i finished a relatively small w40k ship a few months ago and later that day i saw some epic videos of people who built them huge spaceships (epic enterprise and huge clay ship on a server....), i could only think.....
"i can do that.......challege accepted" and started building one, now motnhs later i present the first few pictures of it, it is 85% handplaced, i only used mcedit a few times (and dang does that program crash alot ) for clearing area, glass roof stuff like that.

tell me what you think, and give me some suggestions on what to possibly add more to this list;

sports area/shooting range,
a crapload of broadside cannons,
crew/infantry quarters,
cargo/munitions areas,

tactical ops,
power generator rooms,
main generator room,
laboratories,
botanical gardens,
offices and corridors,
even more corridors....
bulkheads to be closed and opened by the player in existing and coming corridors (dang updates keep screwing my redstone... otherwise this would have been green...)....
astronomics observation center
communications center
(maybe something involving minecarts and jeffreys tubes)
janitor areas (ship must stay clean right )
fully functional alarm sound system for when main power goes down (toggleable whole ship and per deck alarm), or when captain gives a full red alert.

currently working on:
INSIDE AND OUTSIDE AREA'S; remade certain parts and then stopped... and decided to work on other areas, currently working on large greenhouses....

also while cleaning out my saves folder i encountered my old humongous map which proved to large to maintain back then.... it had an early build of the ship on it. i hereby upload a small part off that world containing the ship.
yes it is incomplete and missing major features as seen from pictures, but i only upload it for a size comparison, to give a general idea and as being a novelty anyways... so enjoy :)
