This is the story of Pixeledge.

In 2017, I used to play on a server called BanglaCraft. From there, I received an invitation to join another server named Battleplex, where I met Fuad. The player count on Battleplex was relatively low, with a maximum of 10-20 players at peak times. Fuad aimed to enhance the PvP community on Battleplex and sought help from BanglaCraft. Unfortunately, his request was rejected, and I witnessed Fuad's server decline.Although the server remained popular for some time, it faced several issues, leading to its closure at the end of 2017.Three years passed, and I left BanglaCraft due to issues with one of its original members named Hogor007. I decided to invest in opening a new server named Pixeledge with EpicGL, XenonCreeper, and DreadPirateA23C. With the assistance of a legendary player named "Deadly," the first season was titled "The Arrival." In this season, DreadPirateA23C and I constructed a ship symbolizing our arrival on Pixeledge.I attempted to collaborate with BanglaCraft for promotion, but they insisted I build the server independently first. Through the invitations of XenonCreeper and EpicGL, Fuad from Battleplex returned for assistance, bringing along his brother, Alveeyt. Fuad, DreadPirateA23C, and Alveeyt, with the help of Junaid1232, Zehanzorak, and Deadly, created the MazeTrial Survival, which attracted players from the entire community, establishing it as one of the best survival experiences on Pixeledge. This success prompted the decision to launch another server named "TheBridge" to attract the MazeTrial's community. An influential figure named Poka from BanglaCraft, along with additional members, including Towsifkafi, joined the new venture. However, history seemed to repeat itself. Fuad attempted to seek help from BanglaCraft's member, Fumiz, as their server was winding down. Both servers had similar player counts, ranging from 10 to 20 players, but they were now being ignored by BanglaCraft's members, who made false promises. Given the newness of our server, things were not entirely stable, leading to numerous issues. Complicating matters, Poka created a survival mode similar to ours, a fact that Fumiz noted. In response to the perceived indifference, Alveeyt expressed his frustration, particularly when BanglaCraft's members responded to a mutual player's joke in the comment section instead of addressing him directly. This heightened Alveeyt's impatience, and in a fit of anger, he trolled and used strong language against BanglaCraft's developer, GhostSnippe. Fumiz, having noted our issues earlier, took it upon himself to alert and warn everyone about these conflicts.Despite my efforts to resolve the situation through dialogue, Fuad's troubled history proved too significant to avoid repeating. This eventually enraged the entire BanglaCraft community, leading to a series of DDOS attacks and network disputes. As a consequence of our mistakes, we became known as the rival server within the community. In response, I sought support from another community, known as the "Minecraft Community Bangladesh." It was there that we encountered a YouTuber named DSBPlayz, who sided with us. Subsequently, Bidushi, Xioned, Saidursr, and more joined our cause. Fuad likened us to the Avengers, inspiring us to continue with relentless enthusiasm for new ideas and servers.During this time, we collaborated with Poka to create BedWars. This collaboration introduced us to AsbondGaming, leading to a minor disagreement between Xioned and AsbondGaming, though it remained mostly neutral. Poka then invited the community leader of "Minecraft Community Bangladesh," Joynal Boksho, who operated a server named BDZone. We decided to merge our efforts, creating Pixeledge+BDZone, which eventually became PixeledgeBD.
With the support of AsbondGaming, DSBPlayz, Xioned, and Bidushi, we witnessed a remarkable increase in our player base. Starting from an average of 20 players, our numbers soared to 50, and eventually reached an impressive count of 100 players on a regular basis. This collaborative effort and the dedication of our team members played a crucial role in Pixeledge's significant growth.

We successfully introduced PracticePvP with the assistance of another staff member named Poke, and things were going smoothly until Poka's departure. Following this, I attempted to launch another survival mode, initially named Gateway. Unfortunately, the venture didn't meet expectations, prompting a rebranding to Xicord.

Surprisingly, Xicord garnered significant player interest, attracting individuals like TanvirBD, Evilith99, Lyman, and many more. The unexpected success of Xicord proved that even in the face of setbacks, Pixeledge had the resilience to adapt and thrive, solidifying our position as a server capable of offering diverse and engaging experiences to our growing player base.

During this period, I organized my first build event, attracting participants like Xioned, Bidushi, Linkon, Necro, XWasp, and many others. The competition concluded with Xioned opting out due to his dissatisfaction with his build, making Necro the winner and Linkon securing the second position.

Motivated by the success of the event, I decided to elevate the next season of the survival mode, renaming it "Inverse Gateway." To ensure its success, I collaborated with SabbirOfficial and DSBPlayz for extensive promotion. Concurrently, another player named Aurnobb entered the scene, opening the Parliament server with a friend.

Throughout this period, various events unfolded, including the appearance of a player named Cxv7, whose hacking skills raised suspicions. Despite controversy, I was impressed and supported him, as he provided valuable insights into improving the Gateway and its proper construction. However, many staff members expressed dislike towards Cxv7.

Working alongside LinkonDB, we successfully completed the Gateway and revamped the BedWars server. This strategic move led to a significant surge in player counts, reaching over 260. Simultaneously, BanglaCraft was implementing sophisticated strategies, achieving a comparable player count.

Our endeavors were bolstered by the support of PaceCloud, a cloud company that played a crucial role in maintaining server stability and performance during our period of rapid growth. The competitive environment with BanglaCraft motivated us to continually innovate and improve, ensuring that Pixeledge remained a dynamic and enticing Minecraft community.
In 2021, our community faced a series of unfortunate events that tested the resilience of Pixeledge. For the first time, we fell victim to hacking, a situation that left the team frustrated. Some team members were displeased with my neutral stance towards hackers, leading to partial departures. To address the situation, negotiations with the hackers became a necessary, albeit challenging, task.

Adding to our woes, the Gateway server suffered a devastating hack that resulted in the deletion of all its data. The rapid growth of the community and a shortage of staff members exacerbated the challenges we faced. Linkon, feeling the weight of peer pressure, found himself overwhelmed. My own susceptibility to community pressures played a role in the unfortunate turn of events.

As we grappled with the fallout of the hacks and the loss of valuable builds, the overall trajectory of Pixeledge took a downturn. It was a challenging period that tested our resolve and underscored the importance of fortifying the server against potential vulnerabilities in the future.

And then, out of frustration from the hacking incidents, I made some unfortunate decisions. When one of my managers attempted to resolve server permission issues, my anger got the best of me, and I tried to shut him down. In an attempt to enforce stricter rules, a dispute arose between Poke, TanvirBD, and myself over the staff permission system, leading Jahidul, the manager, to leave along with his friend Poke. This incident also left TanvirBD frustrated due to the lack of clear directives.

From that moment onward, things took a turn for the worse. In the midst of these challenges, I forgot to uphold Linkon's promise, further infuriating him, and eventually causing him to leave along with a few other members.

Fortunately, Aurnobb stepped in and helped me regain control. Some stability returned, but internally, the damage was done. From my perspective, I acknowledge my mismanagement mistakes. In Linkon's absence, I had to assemble a new builder team, consisting of AlviPlayz, Abtahi, and others. Another event was organized, and a player named Evilth99 emerged on top, showcasing her skills in decoration and building. Jisagala also contributed, but her absence made a noticeable impact.

While the community seemed okay, Practice was once again led by Poke and Fxraz, and AsbondGaming took charge of BedWars. Despite these events, I still grappled with frustration, especially as Linkon harbored anger for the loss of his builds and the peer pressure during that time.

To address lingering issues, Poka was summoned by a donator named DarkLegit. However, Towsifkafi, handling the main panel, took the controversial step of kicking out Poka.

Things remained relatively stable until the end of 2022, where my mismanagement, combined with a lack of motivation and the denial of Linkon's ideas, led to more issues. To cope, I sought assistance from Cxv7, which eventually backfired, causing feelings of betrayal and a weakening of the staff team.

During this period, Evilth99 became the lead builder. Despite her contributions, conflicts arose with the lead staff, Udoy, and TanvirBD, mainly due to her leniency in unbanning previously banned members, a violation of team rules. Numerous fights occurred between Evilth99 and Udoy, culminating in the team collectively deciding to remove her in 2023. The decision was met with lingering anger as Fuad and I tried to defend Evilth99.

As more challenges unfolded, including the departure of YouTubers due to Minecraft's declining popularity and persistent issues with DDOS attacks, the server faced a significant decline. In an attempt to rectify the situation, I hired Cxv7 out of frustration, further aggravating the team due to his infamous reputation.

This decision led to a quarrel with AsbondGaming, who strongly opposed Cxv7. As a result, I lost Bidushi's support, causing promoters and YouTubers to abandon the server. Eventually, only Cxv7 and Ruhan remained, but Cxv7's stubbornness and an attempt to take over the entire server led to his departure. Provoked by me, he left, prompting the entire team to follow suit, except for Fuad, myself, and Joynalboksho.

Ultimately, I decided to leave, leaving Joynalboksho in charge. He renamed the server back to Bdzone, and I no longer had any involvement. Reflecting on the mistakes made in the midst of frustration, I extend my apologies to Udoy, Asbond, Fuad, TanvirBD, Jahidul, Bidushi, and everyone else affected.
