Electrokinesis

Goggles grant electrovision (seeing flows of electric energy)

Lightning color matches his goggles and shirt print

he is also a multiversal anomaly and is gifted with a mystic energy he calls “dwainforce”,

he shares this trait with all his doppelgangers (they exist on every earth)

The dwainforce grants a power boost to its host along with the ability to open a breach to a pocket dimension called “the hub” from where he can travel the multiverse (it’s like the level select menu)

he is a huge fan of the flash and impulse (he is practically the impulse of his earth, same personality)

has a deep understanding of the speedforce and discovers a lot of creative ways of using it.
