I don't really feel like having a huge story for her, so enjoy this summary.
Lonely Lily rules Knaom Forest. A mentally-ill 17-year-old, Lily was asked to prom by the schools most popular guy as a joke. Being ditched and desparate, Lily ran into Knaom Forest and promptly killed herself. She now roams Knaom Forest with a blood-stained dress and tears constantly running out of her eyes (ghosts sometimes forget what they look like, hence the white eyes and bloody dress). She kills anyone who enters, unless they feel lonely as she was when she died. Many go in, few come out. Local lore scares the locals away from the forest, but it attracts tourists from all around.
There's also a rumor that she can be summoned similar to Bloody Mary by a mirror and a chant.
