If you are wondering where Mann Co. comes from... it's based off of Team Fortress 2. This character does not exist. I just created him because I made an office map. He manages the RED & BLU teams' plans for designing weapons and other items. In both RED and BLU office buildings, there are workers who write things for their designs and combat strategies for their team. Then the owner approves it and... it's ready to be used.
