The robot has no known official name, but most people refer to it as Neon. It appears to be solar powered, and the glow from its colorful fuel cells dim as it runs low on energy. Neon is rarely seen close to the ground; it spends most of its time leaping from rooftop to rooftop, and when on the streets seems "jumpy" and on guard. It does not appear capable of speech, but it does understand spoken and written English. Occasionally people have reported Neon aiding them with small favors or deliveries; attempts by officials to confirm these incidents are still ongoing.

Seriously, I think I just made the offspring of an android and a lava lamp. And then made it a traceur with shredded clothes. And then made it a survivor of an anti-robot war.
I mean, I like it, but it's got to be the weirdest thing I've ever made.
