Lore: (Explains how he is twisted)
The Twisted Wind King, was originally an ordinary king, but then came into contact with a large crystal. He had the crystal split into pieces for his crown. When they put them into his crown, and he put the crown on, it warped his mind, and made him become twisted through the dimensions. His eyes became large and they pointed in different directions, his head became littered with cracks, dents, and wrinkles. He became a totally different being, a mutation, a twisted version, and he began to be able to control the winds, airflow, and other unique powers.
How I made it:
I used a different technique for this one, by combining Gradients, Color Flow, the changing of Saturation and Value and more. It took a long time to refine the head, to make it look twisted. I used a Darkening tool, and darkened parts of the head, too look like it has cracks, dents, and wrinkles.
