figured i may as well share for anyone else interested
tried to optimize as best as possible, i have never used blockbench before
tested in MC 1.19 experimental snapshot 1, so it should be 1.19-compatible

fixed: diamond ore - cullface issue : by Gentle Stream 10/10/2023 3:05:02 amOct 10th, 2023
due to incorrect cullface settings, diamond bits on the bottom would disappear if a block was touching from the south. this has been fixed.

yes, i'm a bit tired, myself of "you need optifine for this" on all the cool packs [and even the res. packs for some datapacks]
most block/item models can be tweaked within vanilla, which is nice
