It should! Minecraft hasn't changed a ton over the last years when it comes to packs. It should be down-compatible for many versions :) a good rule of thumb is to just try it out! :D

if you open the pack with winrar or 7zip, and replace every item that says 'diamond' with 'netherite', then you will be the happiest person alive...:D
