That means that the texturepack is designed in 128x with vectors and then scaled up and down for other resolutions. Knowing that the texturepack is designed in vectors, scaling up and down will not alter the overall quality but when scaled up, you'll not get more details (excepting less visible pixels) than in 128x, that will just be smoother. ;)

This tex pack made minecraft crash.  And now since it loads this tex pack when I start minecraft..I have to uninstall it and delete the tex pack folder.  What a hassle.

Sphax, I got the latest version of Optifine, but whenever I get on a 128x128 PureBDCraft texture pack, I still lag. I read a comment you said to someone else with the same problem, and you said that Optifine should help, I got it, and it doesn't seem to be any different before I got it. I have a brand new PC and have lots of space for downloading anything, so it can't be my PC. If you have any other tips on how to solve my problem, please message me back!!!

If you are sure to have installed Optifine, then you can try disabling smooth lighting in video settings, fast clouds, medium particles and normal render distance.

What kind of super computer do you have to run it.
I have a 8 core prosesor and radeon hd 7970, 8 gb ram
I play Bf3 at ultra so i think it strange that i only got 5 fps here and at bf i go 70fps+

Sphax, Its is so Laggy even after I use MCPatcher and its called the "Recomended Version !" Don't get me wrong I love the pack and I want to use it, but I can't because it makes the FPS go down so slow that the game isn't fun to play with the pack. Please fix it!

I updated to 1.5.1 and used MCPatcher.  BDCraft still has white stitching around the blocks.  This was supposedly fixed in 1.5.1.  Does BDCraft need an updated version or is this another issue?

Minecraft 1.5 has a big performance issue with HD texturepacks. Try using Optifine which solve this.

because you probably have a crappy PC, try allocating more RAM
