This mod adds a whole bunch of useful features to Minecraft that can be used either for PVP or for survival/hardcore. The mod adds a fully customizable GUI interface system which consists of various, also customizable, interfaces such as a minimap, armour status, potion status etc. It also adds a lot of useful keybinds that can make your game even more convenient, one of which is an rpg-like actionbar system.

Features:


  • Mini-map interface - works above and under ground. Has togglable chunk grid and slime chunks modes. Can display all types of entities in customizable colours. You can also set your own waypoints. Waypoints can be teleported to if a player has permission to do so. Each server, world and dimension will have separate sets of waypoints. Press "B" to create a waypoint. Press "U" to list all the waypoints.
  • An interface displaying currently active potion effects.undefined
  • An interface displaying info about your equipped armour and item held at the time. Also shows the current amount of arrows left when there is a bow in your hotbar.undefined
  • Quick use - action bar-like system of key binds that can automatically use a set item in your hot bar without having to switch away from your currently held item. Holding the key bind lets you keep using the item like if you were holding the right mouse button. For example: placing torched, TNT, throwing potions, eating food, drinking.
  • Quick eat - addition to the previous feature with a difference of automatically eating food when holding a set key bind.
  • Better sprint - sprint without having to hold forward key (W). Uses the vanilla sprint key.
  • Toggle sneak - allows you to toggle your sneak ON/OFF and stay sneaking without having to hold anything.
  • Notification system - on-screen notifications for various things such as low hunger, low HP, danger of explosion, being shot by arrow(s) and drowning.
  • XP drops - gained or lost experience flies across your screen. gainz
  • Edit Mode - interfaces can be moved around and also be centered and flipped around by pressing C/F keys to fit all your PVP needs.
  • Settings - anything can be disabled or enabled at any time!
  • Customization - some of the interfaces provide more customization settings available in the mod settings GUI.
Install Guide for 1.8 / 1.7.10 Forge - click to reveal
  • You can get forge here: http://files.minecraftforge.net
  • Download and run the latest or the recommended(if such exists) installer for the needed version (1.8/1.7.10). This should create a new or replace the old "Forge" profile in your Minecraft client.
  • Download the mod by clicking the golden "Download Mod" button. It leads you to the mod's homepage.To continue, click on the download button at the top right of the page. Now, choose the appropriate mod version and click the download link. Wait 5 seconds and click "skip ad" in the top-right of the page.
  • Go to "C:/Users/YOUR USER/AppData/Roaming/.minecraft/mods" or to an equivalent on other OS' and put the jar file you've just downloaded there. 
  • Start your minecraft client and log in using the "Forge" profile.

When calculating a colour of a block the new mode takes in count the block's texture and brightness, the block's properties (for example, power level of a redstone wire) and the biome the block is at.
Accurate colours mode supports resource packs and mods meaning that changing your resource pack will also change the block colours displayed on the minimap.
This results in block colours very accurate to what you see ingame.

+ Minimap beta is now over for 1.8. After a few optimisations and a lot of bug fixes, the minimap is now using FBO's by default and is now running on your GPU instead of the CPU.
This will definately give you more FPS in crowded areas (I get 50+ more FPS on servers than before).
When empty the minimap will run slightly better/worse depending on your machine (runs slightly worse for me but it's not noticable).
If your machine doesn't support FBO's then the minimap will automatically switch to safe mode which is CPU based.
+ Added a new option for Safe Mode in the minimap settings. Toggles between the new and the old minimap types.
+ Added a new option for Anti-Aliasing in the minimap settings. Only applies to terrain at the moment. Does not work in safe mode. Turning this off will make the minimap look as pixelated as before but keep it running on the GPU.
* Fixed "Show Other Teams" option not saving.
* Fixed white screen on startup when using the latest Forge version.
- Removed the Minimap Beta option.

* Huge improvements to Minimap Beta mode. 
Finished the scale independent anti-aliasing (only affected by rotation). Also added a blur effect when zooming in/out for aesthetic purposes. It might seem like a small update but there is actually a lot more going on behind the scenes in order to achieve these effects.
This is basically how the minimap will look by default in the future. Lots of performance improvements coming soon.

Can be turned on in the minimap settings, second page. Half of the minimap code was rewritten to make it possible to implement anti-aliasing, make entity indicators more customizable in the future and much more, possibilities are endless now. At the moment, this costs slightly more computing power. The code is nowhere near being completed and it won't go live until it runs better than the previous one. And, of course, anti-aliasing will be togglable when it goes live because I know some people love the pixelated look :)
Feel free to support the development by testing and reporting any bugs and errors.

I havent installed it yet, seems awesome, but is optifine included? I need optifine for everything.

You can drop optifine in the Forge mods folder and it will work.
This mod is compatible with optifine and FULLY compatible if you turn optifine's fast render off (this won't lower your performance!).

Hi, nice mod!
I think I might use it for when I'm on friends sservers or even in single player.

But, I really like PvP-ing on servers like MinePlex & Hive, ect..
So, do you think you could make a no-cheats version of the mod?

mod is a peice of work made & designed by someone, for the purpose of chaging another product.
In some cases, it's illegal, but in MineCraft, not only is it legal, it's encouraged! 
You know 1.6+ horses? Those were made by a modder (MoCreatures I think), & Mojang loved it so much they asked him to help make it for the game.

You don't have to pay the goverment a penny to have a copyright.

I've spent hours on end reading copyright law, & doged 2 copyright strikes myself thanks to my knowledge of it.

Xaero96 made this mod, & he has the right to copyright it in any way he wants.



&, the way most people profit with things like mods, are advertisments, endourments, donations, none of which are considered selling (which Mojang doesn't allow people to do with mods).

Good mod! Great for pvpers, but I have a suggestion, should you change the 'player has been slain by some player' thing to something like this:
If the user killed a user with diamond sword, it should show up at chat or a GUI if that's possible, this.
USER [diamond sword icon] OPPONENT
If the user shot the opponent with a bow, it should show up this.
USER [arrow icon] OPPONENT ([the number of blocks the arrow traveled]m)
If the user killed the opponent with any tool, it should show up this
USER [tool icon] OPPONENT
And that's my suggestion!

The mod is great the simplicity is great, but the key thing that some may find useful is maybe including damage indicators into the mod or even just What Am I Looking At (waila) because both can give health information for other players. I am not sure if this would be exactly relevant to this mod seeing as it is mainly for the user to get warnings and current conditions of thier own player.

Great job creating this mod it is an excellent addition probably the most useful mod I have seen so far. I notice that on the minimap players and mobs can be shown on the map but when on a multiplayer server it does not show differences between the player using the mod and another player, so is it possible to distinquish between the two? and if it is would it be possible to have it identify team colors?

also is there a way to turn off depth rendering or at least change the way it is shown? because at night or in dark areas its hard to see where and what the colored dots are mainly when they turn black.

one last suggestion, it might be useful at least in singleplayer to have a way to automaticly change armor.
Example: say I am mining and come accross some zombie or skeleton with armor on and I am able to get it after killing it and say by chance its better than what I am currently useing(so like I currently have leather armor and the picked up armor is gold and there is no other armor in my inventory, after useing the function, my armor would now be mixed between leather and gold) giving me more protection automaticly and avoiding imminet death as I attempt to change armor.
idealy this would require an api like with inventory tweaks  but the other conditions are already included like enchant levels and damage values are already provided by the armor HUD.

please let me know if any of this is unclear or if you have any questions.

1) It is not possible to tell who's using the mod and who doesn't.
2) Depth rendering can be a toggle.
3) Cheaty and I think nobody will disagree.

That would make sense, its not really possible to see if any other players are using the mod or not. but then I wonder
if it is possible to identify the mod user's "dot" (the one locked in the middle of the map) and other players that are not locked in the middle of the map. so if this dot matches the coords of the mod users set that dot's color some other preset color (preset in the minimap colors menu "my color") so then any other player that does not match the coords would be displayed in a different color. in simple terms a way to distinguish your player's dot from all the other players.

a few questions:
1) how does the mod identify values ( the difference between an entity and the player)?
2 ) is it possible to have the map distinguish the different players? (player names)

and as far as the armor suggestion goes yes it may seem a bit "cheaty" but it ought to at least be an option becasue I am sure that not every person "plays fair" the ones with extra reach or op pvp mods that hold the opponet in place... ectra, the main point is, its  a mod and like most mods it modifies the gameplay. its really not that op, it would really just save time as it removes the hassal of sorting through your inventory and figureing out what is the best armor to use so that you can keep pvping. now reasonably it ought to be configure able so lowest armor first to highest... or it could be changed with a preset button so when the button is pressed it can cycle through the sorting methods most simply would be duribillity, lowest damage value, matierial type (in case people would rather have all matching armor), and highest enchant level.

clearly this would be a big task to create. but if people want to cheat in single player they sould at least have the option to cheat.

There's a simplier way to distinguish between you and all the other players.
Answers to questions:
1) Minecraft has different entity types.
2) Yes.
3) Cheaty armour thing is not possible on a client-side mod. It's really not that hard to find the best armour, there's not that many.

Hello again! Again, I just want to say that this is a great mod and the updates have been amazing! I love exploring in minecraft, and I like making waypoints to just about everywhere. Thus, my waypoints list is a little long. Lol. So, this is just an idea, but could you somehow make folders for different waypoints? Like, you could see your main waypoints and then have a "cave waypoints" folder, or something like that? It's just an idea. Anyway, keep up the good work!

Really like how it turned out in the end.
There are things, however, which I would like to tweak so expect that in the future updates. Planning to make lighting a separate option so you can also use it in the vanilla mode and the other way around.

i might have a cool idea maybe you could make is so people could color code droped items (such as lets say bones or somthing) you could make it blue maybe? so it would be easy to find and maybe an FPS counter? anyway Epic mod! love it!

this is an amazing mod, i first downloaded it about a year ago and i've used it all the time aswell :D but one question, can you make the notification feature a standalone mod? just like you did with the minimap :P?

Hey, is it okay if you make the quick-eat function slower, I watched my friend get banned for auto soup. Made it look like he was auto souping bc his quickeat function was too fast and the camera guy could not catch the fact that he was switching slots. PLEASE make the quick eat function alot slower or a config for it. Please!

I think that you should be allowed to customize the size of the armorHUD, it would be a great feature so some people need a bigger HUD to see, and others can make it smaller so it does not get in the way, but personally I think if you add size customization that would be perfect

I have another suggestion, a saturation meter above your hunger bar, Minecraft Saturation is how long until you start losing hunger, steak gives you very high saturation so you don't have to eat for a while while cookies give you very slow saturation

I have a request for an addition to the mod. Auto MLG water. if you are looking straight down and holding a water bucket and falling from greater than a configurable height, it will place the water bucket right before you hit the ground and pick it up instantly. This fits into pvp because it can save you from fall damage in either survival or many other pvp game modes.

thats fine, I just hate the minecraft "phantom liquid" glitch where you don't time it exactly right and it places on your screeen but doesn't render server side.
