If you don't add the Blue Per Fess and the Blue Per Fess inverted in the crafting table while crafting them, you will be able to craft this banner in MC. You're probably are saying why add that in here if there is no point for those two patterns. Well I'm glad you asked, I had made this banner already without those shapes on Planet Minecraft a year ago but I didn't have an account during that time and no one saw it so now ppl can see this one! >:)
