this is actually bit of funny bug :P

i encountered this cave spider spawner while exploring in creative mode
i think 1.8 needs some work still anyway
im encountering way too many endermanies i dont like them!
no really
im off..
buying new pants..

Endermen are clunky which is why they're easy to kill. Cave spiders on the other hand...well, here's some details about them:

its just a random spawnned spawner , i hava saw a npc villige underground,
