"Ender Dragon Elites are the highest tier soldiers in the Dragonmask Army even being above colonels, they are Terra's personal enforcers known as the "Obsidian Claw" and are often seen accompanying the commander and Terra himself. The reason why they are so high up the ladder is that only feral Ender Dragons can achieve the rank, proving their absolute loyalty and servitude to the Empire.
Their arsenal consists of the Void Executioner, a highly accurate double-barrel rapid-fire sniper rifle along with several devices that can provide a PSI Counter shield, lower enemy offense/defense, and destroy another enemy's protective shield.
If the commander isn't present then they are in charge of organizing raids and operations against a specific target hence, why they carry a receiver. Due to their importance in conducting operations, all personal within the army are required to be able to speak Ender language before being able to start ranking up and go on higher tier missions, as not only will communication with both dragon and player be understandable, but the enemy will be clueless to what's being said."
