Hello! Today, I am going to show you how I build houses. It's honestly not that good, but I try. This is using a texture pack, so it may not look as good in vanilla. ANyway, lets go!




First, you need to get spruce logs, blocks, and stairs. You also need brick block and stairs. Also, get glass blocks.



Build a structure that is 7 blocks high out of spruce logs. It should look something like this.


Whoops, that picture broke ^ Its basically a 7x7x7 hollow box of wood, no wood at the bottom tho. Just check other pictures, ok.

Next, get your brick blocks and stairs and make something like this at the entrance.



Go around to one side and make something like this. We will go back to the windows later.

Do this pattern for the other 2 sides, and that's it for the base design. Next, we'll do the optional designs on the windows and in the front.

Add doors of your choice to the two empty spaces. I chose spruce. Also, add the grass block, put three trapdoors, and a flower of your choice. I'm too lazy to re-take the screenshot, just add the trapdoor to the grass facing the door.


Next, go to the windows. Add the trapdoors to look like shutters. Do this for all the windows.
