So this is what u do first use this template 
Then u resize and crop each frame
then u color and edit then go to http://www.iaza.com/xpages/xload.html?CURRENTFILE=/work/111027C/iaza14126188525400.gif&LN=en
and then add ur first step into it then click frame animate and it will make it do the lick
