Hey there.Heres my tutorial on how to change any Windows based system,too look like a Mac.
Its not very hard.and its not very easy.

REQUIREMENTS : Any Windows Platform,WindowBlinds7.0+.Rocketdock.

Step 1. Go to http://rocketdock.com/
Step 2. Download Rocketdock.
Step 3. After installing Rocketdock , visit the Get Addons Section. http://rocketdock.com/addons/skins/popular
Step 4. Search Mac Skin.Choose a skin you like.I prefer

Mac OS X Leopard Skin

Step 5.After installing Rocketdock.Go to Computer <> Local Disk <> Program Files <> Rocketdock <> Skins <>.
Step 6. In the .zip skin archive we have just downloaded is a folder, dont open it. drag and drop it into the Rocketdock installation Directory.
Step 7.Run Rocketdock and personalize it to your settings.

SECTION 1 COMPLETE.

Step 8. Download and install WindowBlinds 7.0 Or Higher.
Step 9. Visit.http://wincustomize.com/. And search Mac.Download a theme of your choice.
Step 10. After downloading your theme.Open the .zip archive that you have just recently downloaded.
Step 11. Try to find a program with a .wba extension.Run that.
Step 12.Find it at the bottom of WindowBlinds which have just opened , click on it.And at the top , click Apply skin or whatever.

It may take a minute or two.To undo these changes . just run WindowBlinds and choose a different theme , such as Windows 7.
