Well, under "ops" type sune, and under "server" type beside gamemode "01"

Click here. Thats a server list of servers that have creative. Or click here for non-whitelist servers that have creative. As for mod/op/mod, your going to have to work hard and prove that you can handle it, and aren't just there for the title.

Yes. And before you ask, no. I you join, the most you'll be is a member or donator if you donate to the server. We covered this is your other "please make me op" post.
