you need Gimp so you Can paint and you need a terrain maybe i do a blog of it!

That's a cool name for your texture pack! Mine's called tooncraft. It's half realistic and half toonish. Kind of like Borderlands or Redsteel 2. I will submit it with the next few days, so come check it out some time, and thx!
