PLEASE DIAMOND

Today I will show you how to stop lag by allocating more ram to minecraft!

1.) First, you muct check the amount of ram on your system. Which means you go to the start menu, then right click computer and select "properties". There, you will find the "installed ram" area. However many gigabytes you have you usually allocate it in half. E.G. I have 8gb of ram. I use 6gb of ram for minecraft.

2.) Create a new text file in any text editor. Copy this down into it.

javaw -Xmx****m -Xms????m -jar "MineCraft Location"

You find the minecraft location by right-clicking your minecraft.exe, then properties, and it will say "location". Now you want to copy down the location and replace the "Minecraft location" with that. then add Minecraft.exe

3.) You want to replace the *'s to the amount of ram you want. For example, if I want 1gb of ram allocated, I will type 1024 and replace the * with that. Measure - 1GB = 1024mb of ram Replace the ? with half of the mb of ram.

4.) Save the text file as Minecraft.bat
5.) Minecraft should run normally and faster!

Not to say I hate this, but, I don't really get it. The use of *s and ?s is weird. Also, you skipped a step, (The step after 2 is 2.5? ._.) And that step really confuses me. You "quote" too many things, I don't even know what location we're talking about anymore, and how do we "Add" Minecraft.exe? Step 3 won't explain any kind of math to me. So, I want 1GB of ram, why'd I type 1024? And I replace the * with that? Are you swearing of something? (Replace the @#$% with that! O.o) Can you please say "Number" instead?
Otherwise, sorry for the negative review. It's just that I can't really use this to help my framerate at all.
