Hello! :D
https://nera-w.github.io/paletteswapper.html
I've just made a tool which swaps color palettes of pixel art textures, semi automatically!
Here are the instructions:
1. Upload the reference image to the left. The colors you want to use will be pulled from this image.
2. Upload the image you want to recolor on the right. This will have it's colors replaced with those on the left.
3. Drag and drop colors along the palette showcases to get a more accurate gradient, if it needs to be adjusted
4. To swap the colors, the palettes on the left and right need to be the same size.
a. Add new midpoints to the left by right-clicking a color
b. Add a custom hex code color by clicking the "Add Color" button
c. Remove a color from the left or right by middle-clicking (click the scroll wheel or do a three finger tap)
5. Click the "Swap" button on the top of the screen
6. Right click the image on the right, then click "Save image as"

^ Steps 1/2

^ Steps 3/4

^ Steps 5/6
I'm lazy, so this website probably wont work unless you're on Chrome and PC
It works for all vanilla texures, up to 300x300 resolution.
If you have suggestions or bugs, comment below.
