This is Amiru, She was sent to represent "The People of The South" in the very "formal" meeting between the natives of planet 1476c and the U.D.T. Basically The natives believe they have the right to "explore and conquer" the entirety of their planet. But they didn't even know there were other continents besides their own since they are a much younger civilization being equivalent to the time before ancient mesopotainia ( the first ever city).
Parrots argument is that "because we have only colonized the two north continents, everything that you chart and claim of the southern continent by the end of next year will be yours, everything else goes to us." well the natives don't like that idea and still want the rest even the the U.D.T. is trying its best to prevent war.
