Most of us have the same reactions when it comes to dangerous mobs. Mine may be a little over the top, but I think they're pretty close to yours.

Cave Spider: "Holy $#@! go away! I'm allergic to poison!"

Spider: "Oh god quick climbing up my walls! Why are you so fast?!?! At least it's not a cave spider...."

Skeleton: "Why is its shooting range so big? I can't escape and I can't get shot again! (walks 20 blocks away from the skeleton) -Dbeer21 shot by Skeleton- @&#*...

Zombie: "Pffffft, this thing is so slow, I could just walk away from it. Come get me zombie, come on, I know you want it. (Backs into wall) No, no, go away! NOO!!!!

Slime: "You little #$@!* stop pushing me and why can't I hit you?! You're right there!!!"

Magma Slime: "You little rip off of the slime..."

Blaze: "AH! @&#*, @&#*, @&#* don't set me on fire! Stop flying towards me, GET AWAY!!! DON'T SHOOT ME WITH FIRE!!!

Ghast: "Lol, you aren't a threat. You do about 1 heart per hit and I can deflect your fireballs. (Starts building bridge over a river of lava and a ghast shoots a fireball) NO!!!"

Wolf: "Looks like your alone, so it must be safe to.... OH NO!! $#@!

Silverfish: (Breaks stone brick) "Ah $#@! I gotta kill you before you let all the others out. Too late... Mother%#^&!* I'm dead..."

Zombie Pigmen: "No problem, just won't attack one. Ahhh, it's so close to the edge. I just wanna hit it off, maybe no others will hit me if I do. (Hits and multiple Zombie Pigmen follow) AHHHH!!! (Gets away) Phew, I'm safe... (More zombie pigmen come) Oh, come on!!!

Creeper: "No, no, no, stay away! Please don't hiss, please.... (hisssss....) NOOO!!! @#^&!!!

Enderman: "Just don't look at it, don't look at it, DON'T LOOK AT IT!"
