Hey guys... So I was reading one of juicy_oranges' blogs about how to get mod on a server but I didn't read the whole thing xD. Anyways, (I believe Juicy is a she ._. hence it's profile pic) she made a very good point NOT to ask for Op. Ok, I'm truthfully Admin on what like 3 servers? Well, I'm only Admin and op because I'm really good friends with the creators. But I'm also responsible, and don't abuse my power, and I am respectful. You really might not get moderator or any staff because not everyone can be a staff rank. Servers should have at least 3 - 5 moderators depending on how big it is and maybe 1 - 2 admins and 1 - 2 Owners and 1 Server_Admin. If you want to get mod here's how I got it on other older servers I played on:

1. Do not ask for this rank. Simply be a member for a long time and be respectful, and obey ALL rules.
   
2. Just be patient please.
   
3. Ask when you think the time has come. Don't be a noob and go on a server and right away ask, "Can I have op and Admin or Moderator?" Because that my friends, is an example of being a noob on a game you probably have played for a long time ._.
   
4. Do not ask for op. They will not give it to you most likely or you will be farther away from getting it. They will reward you with op if they choose to do so.
   
5. If you do receive op, do not abuse please. This makes pretty much everyone mad. It is also unfair if you spawn stuff in that isn't legit unless you're server owner xD
   
6. Still waiting for moderator / any other staff rank? Help people out that are new to the server. Don't tell them, "You noob you sign up for the fcking website you dumbass" You will probably be banned for saying this depending on the server rules. If you want to have a staff rank such as mod then help them out and say in a nice way, "You noob
