My experience told me to do this type of blog. Why? Because I met many people like me and I know how they were regretting that they are not Admins. I want to told you all things about being Admin on typical Minecraft server.

So what about fun connected with being admin?

There is only fun if you are leaving the server and you are starting talking with other admins. They can tell you their stories about 9 yo child which wrote that he will sell people instead of ice (mistake with word LÓD and LUD which have same pronunciation in Polish of course). Why I'm writing this blog? Because I don't want to see next person in age 13 making me nervous about giving him OP permissions or Admin. Guys, I want you to understand that this is very hard work and not everybody is ready to do this type of things. Do you really think that it's only building, cheating, not working? We are using our free time everyday to let you play, not be ripped off and have best time.

Why not me?

Every Admin was chosen from group of candidates. Not everyone is good to be Admin so if you gave server owner your application and he told you no, it means that you were not enough good for him and you must start doing everything better. You can ask him what is wrong about your candidacy and he will told you your own opinion. Several opinions about young people application are bad because people think that young person is immature so he will only be admin for GM or OP permissions. I'm young person and everybody would told you that I'm good in that what I'm doing. If you try it you'll get it.

Advantages?

Of course! You meet many people everyday, find friends, learn fast keyboard writing and you learn how to build pistone, redstone things. As example I can told you that I met my girlfriend when I become moderator on one server when she was Admin there.

Disadvantages!

You must be mature, intelligent, fast, know grammar and be perceptive. Patience is very important feature. This job is boring so if you think that you will only build or something you must know that you will have to do everything.

My own opinion

I love this work so I can recommend you to give application to your server owner.

You may think that all I wrote here is revenge for removing me from Korn27a's server or something but I left server team on my own so it was my decision at all.
