5. Grief: Now this is actually a really common problem on Minecraft servers. Basically if you dont know what grief is, its when a player destroys the terrain in the world leaving ugly looking holes and such and they do it for no apparent reason

6. Bad Players: Other than griefing, players who are rude, obnoxious, childish, abusive and nooby tend to get people to leave the server but the thing is that players who abuse the server with petty language is going to encourage more people to leave the server and if your doing nothing about it this will reflect on your server population

Now guys, if your a server owner its a good idea to actually read this for ive seen and lived through these problems and also heres a few things you can do to actually make things on your server still get people to play on your server

1. Make a jail: It may seem like the first thing when you see a player misbehaving you would ban them right well heres a really fun idea than ive seen almost no one try before. When you ban them place them in a sort of prison in a place like the nether so that banned players will have to actually be trapped and they would get bored and leave the server themselves and if not do what the prison officers do and kill them yourselves (only do this if the player is still here on the server and giving trouble)

2. Suspensions: No not car suspensions but actually player suspensions where you dont actually ban the player but suspend there abilities and stuff and give a certain period of time where they dont give any trouble for there suspension to be removed. Sort of like parole
